What Has More Room In Your Home: Your Possessions Or Your Family?
If you have to many excess items in your home, you may begin to feel like you are being over taken by clutter, and unable to properly clean your home. Although many work on organizing their messy homes, at least once a week, actually keeping their homes clean can become very difficult when your home is over crowded with appliances, clothing and other surplus items.
Here is a simple question to ask yourself if you feel like you are being overrun by your possessions. Do you need a storage unit? If you need a storage unit, it probably means that you have too much stuff. If you have a storage unit or think that you need one, you could probably get rid of some things. If you aren’t using it and haven’t used it in a year or so, get rid of it. Chances are you won’t use it again.
There is a difference between holding onto things and collecting stuff. You don’t have to keep the actual things to hold on to the memories that they hold. Find someone that can use it. Donate it, sell it, just clear it out of the house and make room for yourself and your family. There are things that you need to keep, seasonal cloths and decorations.
